Successfully led the migration of an 8,000+ product catalogue from Magento to Shopify. Managed the end-to-end process including product creation, domain transfer, app integrations, and payment gateway setup. The result was a faster, more reliable, and scalable platform for long-term growth.
Introduced Xero accounting software to replace outdated systems. Designed and automated workflows for customer invoicing, supplier payments, payroll, and order reconciliation. Improved accuracy, saved time, and provided clearer financial oversight for management.
Directed three large-scale recruitment campaigns to grow a remote-first team. Designed and implemented a virtual hiring process that efficiently screened over 1,000 applicants. Built structured interview flows and assessment criteria, improving the quality and speed of hires.
Created Hamcam.Live, a platform that connects amateur radio operators via video chat. Built and maintained the site, developed the video chat room, and supported a global user base. Also introduced a dedicated DMR talkgroup on the TGIF DMR network, alongside a Facebook group, WhatsApp group, and a conference bridge on the Hams over IP system.
One of the initial administrators of Hams over IP (HoIP), a global SIP-based communication system for amateur radio. Responsibilities included:
Provisioning user extensions
Supporting users with technical onboarding
Developing the ticketing system for issue tracking
Helping establish the system identity (including suggesting the name “Hams over IP”)
Contributed to the early development of a platform that now serves a large, international community of radio amateurs.
